    • Bakers were excellent - They made sure the placement was varied and not in anyway monotonous to ensure you really enjoyed it.

    • Graduate Recruitment ensured we spoke to trainees, associates and partners so we got guidance from all steps of the career ladder.

    • Opportunity to speak to many trainees showed me what their average day is like etc..

    • It was great to hear that Bakers have many groups within the firm to support diversity. Bakers Women was particularly interesting.

    • It was invaluable - I saw what the average day would be like and how pitching etc.. works.

    • Expenses for travel were reimbursed which was helpful as I had a long way to travel!

    • We spoke to trainees, associates and partners at many times throughout the day.
