    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • Well structured in terms of organised events. Found that sometimes there wasn't enough work for me to get on with but overall was very well structured.

    • Good atmosphere, the social events such as the lunch and also the after dinner drinks were good and was good to meet other people in other parts of the business.

    • Was only there for a week so invested some time, but wasn't structured training with objectives that needed to be achieved etc.

    • Learn't off others who were working in the company what was involved in the job and what the culture and what it is like working in a full time role.

    • Had drinks evening and a lunch within the week.

    • Good atmosphere and the other employees were very friendly to the work experience students.
