  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • It was a great experience. I met lots of Deloitte employees and was able to get a real good sense of what the culture of Deloitte was about.

    • Everything that you would want was provided and all the employees I spoke to were very helpful.

    • Learning about the different service lines has really helped me decide which one I would like to persue for the SVS and onwards.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • An agenda was given at the start of the first day which meant I knew what was going to happen over the two days.

    • It definietly was a great atmosphere, you could tell that everyone who worked at Deloitte was genuinely passionate about their job and the company.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • I learned lots about how mannerisms are interpreted by those around us. Also after taking part in the business games and case studies, you could a great sense of what each service line did.

    • Being able to speak to the employees especially at the dinner, gave me a real sense of what it was like to work at Deloitte.

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?

    • I was reimbursed the travel expenses up to £50.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • There are lots of opportunities to network. During the dinner is the best opportunity but you have plenty of chances to ask questions during the case studies and presentations as well.

    • Speaking to employees, they spoke a lot about the social aspects of the jobs outside of work.
