Spring Into Deloitte Review

Lots of information on all the different service lines for actual Deloitte employees, plenty of opportunities to ask questions and multiple business games/simulation exercises to keep us mentally active too.

Providing us with a very impressive hotel overnight with a luxury dinner and breakfast whilst networking with current employees and staff was an invaluable opportunity, in addition to all the information provided in the two days. Also, the provision of a mock interview in groups showed that the company was genuinely trying to aid our preparation for the real interview for the Summer Vacation Internship in the summer.

During all the business games, we are able to ask questions to Deloitte employees across the different service lines in the character of a client.

Invested a lot of time and effort to prepare presentations, business games and arrange mock interviews - along with the monetary expenditure on the accommodation and meals.

Managed to ascertain what were the main benefits and 'drawbacks' in each department and has certainly made things clearer going forward.

During the business games, employees came round to our groups to not only discuss the task - but also answer any questions that we might have. There was also an opportunity to network during dinner at the hotel in the evening of the second day.
