  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • Very insightful and enjoyable with a range of useful activities.

    • The graduate recruitment team hosting the event were brilliant and all of the team at Deloitte were very helpful and seemed to value us all highly as individuals.

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?

    • Any queires we had about Deloitte or future programmes were answered and everything was explained very well. Several different routes into the firm were discussed and we heard from a range of employees.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

    • The interview skills and body language sessions were particularly useful and definitely something to remember for the future.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • The days ran smoothly and we were never left standing awkwardly hovering or bored.

    • All the candidates got on very well and teh atmosphere was very relaxed but proffessional.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • Sessions with Judi James, the body language expert, was the highlight of this and they seemed very focussed on helping us to reach our potential in the future.

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?

    • We didn't spend time actually in departments but teh case studies made us see the firm through an employees perespective which was deemed to be very helpful.

    • We spoke to a variety of satff memebers about life at Deloitte which gave a real sense of how they all interacted together and how much of a team environment it was.

    • I really enjoyed my days at Deloitte and talking through potential careers has really made a difference to deciding on my career path.

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?

    • Our travel was paid for along with our food and accomodation.

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • During the day we met various employees and it was nice to have the opportuntiy to talk to them more informally at dinner too.

    • Many employees mentioned this and it appears Deloitte has a lot to offer both inside and outside of the work place.
