About You
Thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the insight. Very interesting to understand the differences in culture and functionality between a Bulge Bracket and Rothschild
A lot of time was invested by HR, Recent Graduates and Directors in the Spring Week. Felt valued especially considering the length of the insight programme.
Completed two series of work shadowing. A lot of time and support was given by recent graduates to understand some of models and get a better picture of a typical analysts role.
Very useful seeing how basic finance and accountancy ideas are expanded and used in practice.
The Company
Good structure with a good mix of presentations and skills and work shadowing activities.
Very unique atmosphere. Great culture and people.
Spent time teaching basic valuation methods and presentation skills. We then had to pitch an ideas Very impressed with the amount of time taken considering the length of the programme.
Great insight
Unique culture. Very supportive and intellectual atmosphere.
Useful insight in understanding the functions of an analyst and further what a career at Rothschild entails. Given the opportunity I fully intend to pursue a career at the firm.
Everything Else
One of the USPs of this insight programme was the exposure you got to people already working at the firm from a wide range of business areas.
Lots of networking with different year groups of analysts and spent time speaking to directors.
Yes. Thoroughly impressed by the time spent by the firm to help me understand more about the company and industry. Particularly enjoyed the large amount of time work shadowing recent graduates.
