About You
A really enjoyable and insightful programme.
Even though we were only there for a couple of days, everyone treated us really well.
We were given all the guidance and support we needed.
I'm sure the skills we learnt, in particular presenting skills and how to read the FT, will be very useful in the future.
The Company
A lot was fitted into a short amount of time and it was all very well structured.
Throughout the programme, the atmosphere was very casual and fun. Everyone at Rothschild was very approachable and was interested in what you had to say.
They invested a lot in us, especially considering we only did several days with Rothschild. Everyone from analysts to managing directors were happy to give their time up to us.
I feel I now have a clear understanding of what a full time role would be like.
Throughout the programme, the culture at Rothschild was very evident. We really felt the close, collegiate atmosphere there.
It has helped me decide to pursue a career in banking.
Everything Else
Through the work shadowing and lunches, I met lots of employees at Rothschild.
They were all interesting and good fun.
While there is not a huge amount of time outside of work, we discussed things such as the Rothschild football team with the employees.
