About You
Really enjoyable - Investment banking is renowned for being hard work but Rothschild's people is what turns it into such a great experience. The three days flew by!
Extremely valued - your not treated like a number at Rothschild, but a person. Plus being in such a small group of 25 really made the three days well worth it!
Help was there if you needed it, you just had to ask
I learnt so much within the space of 3 days, a group presentation bought our skills to the forefront and this Spring Week has a unique way of preparing you to shine in future interviews
The Company
Extremely well structured - We were given a group project on day 1, followed by 3 tutorials on how to use programmes and how to present, which set us up very well for the presentation on day 3.
Enthusiastic, even the other interns were so willing to help each other, a real sense of team effort!
From presentation workshops to IT classes and shadowing.. I really felt like the firm had thought of aspect that might help us as students!
Two shadowing sessions really did give us an insight as I was able to talk directly with the analyst who were honest with you.
Rothschild has a unique culture that you don't really understand until you've been there!
I really felt like I didn't know too much before hand, and came out with more knowledge than a lot of my peers going to other Spring Weeks!
Everything Else
Reimbursed for everything I had receipts for!
A range of networking opportunities from the more formal afternoon coffee to the informal networking lunches
Fantastic - what you put in you got out!
Yes you just had to ask!
Definitely!
