  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • Extremely interesting, very high level, very stimulating. Would definitely recommend it.

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Worked in the cabinet of an AG that was very welcoming. I felt my external point of view was useful and valued.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Extremely good support from cabinet members, although training as a whole at the Court for interns could be improved.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • I had to research specific points of law that could end up being included in an Opinion, which is at the same time gratifying and a great responsibility.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Very useful skills and fairly transferable - research, drafting, team work. I would however rather say that it was my studies which helped me with this placement.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • Highly professional and highly supportive.

  • Seamless organisation.

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • The fact that the placement lasted several months brought the cabinet members to introduce to internal tools, databases and helped me get the most out of the placement.

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • Extremely difficult to get in a job in a the cabinet or chamber of a Court's member. More opportunities at the Court in general, but still is competitive to succeed.

  • Very good relations with other interns and ambiance as a whole.
