The Role
It was a fantastic experience
I felt appreciated by the whole team, but I thought that the design team really valued my work
I was given a fair amount of support, although I found the experience very daunting at the beginning
Usually there was just the right amount of work for me to do, but sometimes there was nothing and other times a bit too much
I was given a great responsibility during my time there and felt like my opinions were valuable to the team
I learned more than I could have ever imagined.
The Company
The organisation of start dates and interviews was a little last minute, which made me quite unprepared
They were really keen to help me develop and gave me a lot of great advice
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
I dont feel that I would want to be employed by the company, but I did leave feeling positive about future opportunities with them.
The Culture
we regularly went for after work drinks and we all became good friends
Unbelievably extortionate.
It was good, but expensive
There were a few a parties etc. and I was also given opportunities to further my work, which led to it being featured in a magazine under my own name.
