The Role
I couldn't have asked for a better placement. I had regular reviews where I was set targets and given more responsibility. I had clear objectives and enjoyed every bit of it.
Everyone was so welcoming and nice. I was made to feel not only apart of my team but apart of the company.
Regular reviews and weekly catch ups. It was nice to be valued as an employee and not and intern and the thought of my manager taking time out of there busy schedules to give me reviews, guidance and advice was very rewarding.
There was never a full day and there was always work to be done. At times I felt slightly overwhelmed with the work load but it was for me to then prioritise with my managers. I cant complain.
I was given ample responsibility which I loved, it's satisfying to know you are an important member within the team
The best bit of my degree was doing this one year placement. It taught me so much about the industry
