  • Really friendly and supportive and light-hearted, fun to be in

  • Extremely well structured and organised, communication was also 100% efficient

  • Sent us on training sessions and one-to-one discussions on projects and assignments, invested a huge deal in my progress and improvement

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Social scene was definitely a highlight, really friendly and out-going interns as well as other colleagues

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Deutsche Bank provided and subsidised accommodation so many of the interns lived together which made socialising easy and cost of living much cheaper than it would otherwise have been, especially during the Olympics

  • London's nightlife is second to none in the UK and Deutsche Bank is situated right in the centre

  • Not much time outside of work but there was a corporate volunteering day
