  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Extremely. Employees of all levels in the business took time to seek me out and ask how I was getting along and if I had any queries or questions for them

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • I had a weekly meeting with my line manager to make sure everything was going ok. I also had support in all aspects of the work I was doing and was encouraged to ask as many questions as possible.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • They took the time to value me and personally, I felt they got across the image that I was the future of the company. Even on a six week internship they sent me to London so I was able to meet with all interns nationwide and discuss application process, apprehensions, etc. They also sent me out to client sites for extended periods of time. I was also able to go to USA and work on a client over there.
