    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It was a great opportunity to find out more about the corporate world. I absolutely enjoyed the company culture and the projects I got to do. Being able to shadow different individuals as well as visit different departments was a very unique and rewarding experience. I felt like a treasured employee and someone who was part of the team.

    5/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • I was treated just like everyone else, I got invited to dinner and lunches and everyone appreciated my work. Good work was rewarded and appreciated.

    5/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • I had an absolutely fantastic manager and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. He helped me to fulfill all my plans within the company and provided me with opportunities I appreciated very much. I never felt left alone and everyone was always approachable and I felt vey comfortable asking questions.

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • To be fair, I wasn't always the busiest intern. However, that was due to my very flexible "once- a week" internship, which fit in with my studies. Since it was impossible to work on most projects, on a one- day a week basis, I often did work when it was needed. However, there was always something I did and I learned different skills from different tasks.

    4/5

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • That doesn't really apply to my internship as i wasn't workign full time. However, I was given the responsibility to complete all of my projects in an accurate manner. I also had the responsibility to manage my own time, which enabled me to create unique opportunities. I had the chance to visit every single department, network with individuals and learn a lot about the company/

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • I learned so much and everything will be valuable for the rest of my career. Learning to work within Enterprise however, has showed me how incredibly valuable a company culture is.

    5/5

    The Company

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • The company culture was second to none. I have never experienced a company culture that open and friendly. Everyone was working hard but work was appreciated and the relationship between entry level employees and senior staff is great.

    5/5

  • 8. How well organised was the overall work placement or internship set up?
  • It was very difficult to organise my placement as I came in on a "once a week" basis. However, there were monthly projects I completed and everything was structured as best as possible.

    5/5

  • 9. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?
  • Not only was my internship paid but I also received a lot of training by simply being able to explore all areas of the company, broaden my understanding of Enterprise and how all areas work together to create great service.

    5/5

  • 10. What were the perks on your work placement?
  • Financial Bonus

    Company Parties/Events

  • Egham is not cheap, hat is due to wealthier areas being very close bt.

    3/5

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • I didn't go anywhere but i think it is rather poorly.

    1/5
