The Role
It was fantastic to have the possibility of working on real projects!
I've always felt that my colleagues were grateful to have me there.
I had 1:1 with a mentor every week.
It was okay, some of the tasks were a bit boring which made it more difficult to concentrate but it was still a good balance.
I worked in a very new area, which every company is trying what to do so it was hard to get more responsibility that the one I was given.
This was a great experience not only because I applied the skills that I gained at uni but I also gained office experience which I never had before.
The Company
In the office and with other interns there was a great atmosphere, in my floor in particular people were a bit tooooo quiet!
We had 2 induction days with activities to know other interns and more about the charity. Then we had 1 day induction with our mentors so it was very well organized.
I had a CV clinic which helped but no further trainning.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Working from home
Healthcare/Dental
The Culture
Everyone seems very happy with the internship
It is okay. is near oxford street but it is not as busy because of the park,
Only the ones organized by other interns but I never went for a drink with my department.
