The Role
Overall I thought it was great, although I could have done with more feedback
Depending on what work I was doing, I felt needed some times and not needed at other times
CR-UK make a real effort
Sometimes very busy, sometimes not too busy. It depended on what work was on. It was a fairly good balance
I felt like my work had an impact for the most part, but occassionally was perhaps stuck doing something that maybe wasn't necessary
A lot of effort was put into cv/ interview skills etc, and I learnt a lot on the job.
The Company
It was very friendly and easy going. It was a little quiet at times and there were a lot more women than men; the balance could have been better. But overall it was a cool place to work
Every effort was made. The co-ordinator was fantastic
There was a weekly "strategy skills session" which I found particularly useful
National Travel
I would like to work there.
The Culture
We went out quite a few nights, there were 45 of us and it was fun.
Quite an expensive area
Walking distance to soho etc
there were opportunities if you wanted to
