The Role
I feel strongly that this placement year has been extremely beneficial for my development and I have certainly learnt many skills that will be extremely useful in the future.
During my time at Marks & Spencer I had the opportunity to discuss my personal development with my sore manager on a regular basis. This was extremely helpful as it enabled me to work on my weaknesses as a result of constructive feedback.
One of the great things about working for M&S is the level of responsibility that you are given from day one. I found that the level of accountability and responsibility that I was given exceeded my initial expectations and really helped to fill me with confidence in the first few weeks of my placement.
