The Role
There was a chance to meet people before we began making it a lot easier to fit in.
We were given a lot of help to ensure we knew what we were doing.
There was a lot planned for the day so there wasn't, much time when we had nothing to do.
I was only attending a Discovery Day so did not expect to have too much responsibility !
It gave me a good insight into the industry and offered something university lectures do not.
The Company
Everyone enjoyed themselves and it was good to meet new people and talk to professionals.
The day was well planned and a clear itinerary was given at the beginning.
They offered help on how to advance in the company such as application processes for internships or graduate programs.
There was a lot of information given for future opportunities and help with graduate programs.
The Culture
Everyone seemed to get along very well within the company.
Hull is a very cheap place to live !
N/A
They informed us of other opportunists that BP offered in other areas of the UK
