The Role
This is an unpaid internship but for a fantastic charity, plus travel & lunch expenses paid.
All my team, especially my mentor have been very supportive and helped me get the most out of the internship as possible.
Mentor system is great as you have a person who focuses on helping you achieve the most out of the internship as possible.
As internship progressed became more busy. Always something to do but never too busy or stressful.
Working on actual projects that make a difference to the charity, really worthwhile.
This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in buying & merchandising - amazing experience.
The Company
All the other interns were great and we had a lot of fun.
Well organised but not completely structured therefore allowing a lot of flexibility of the work you do.
Training days and skills day to help interns as much as possible.
Subsidised Canteen
If positions become available you are fully supported in applying for them.
The Culture
Frequently socialised with other interns.
London so expensive.
London therefore plenty of opportunities.
Lots of non-office opportunities eg volunteering at Cancer Research UK events, which can do in lieu of work.
