  • Really enjoyed my placement, the perfect balance between opportunity and fun.

  • Weekly 1-to-1's to check progress and give any feedback. A chance to comment and/or request any changes to work-plan.

  • You are eased into work so it is not too much too soon. As you are valued as a real employee, you are given the same workload as other employees. If you are given too much work colleagues always offer to help.

  • Given plenty of responsibility during placement, which lead to opportunities to interact with senior managers on numerous occasions.

  • A lot of learnings from this placement and some key skills, such as SAS, which will help employability.

  • Very fun place to work, colleagues are great!

  • Very well planned, the whole year was planned out, training was planned already.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Great social scene amongst colleagues, with company events and social nights out.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • As it was in the south, it was still expensive, but compared to London it was very cheap.

  • The night-life was good in the area I worked in, and it was only a 20 minute train journey to London.

  • There were lots of opportunities to get involved in sport and in volunteering.
