  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • My Internship with J.P Morgan was a fantastic opportunity despite being the first time the programme was run within the division it was very well organised

  • Everyone on my team was considerable to my lack of skills which i grew in understanding while i progressed through my 10 weeks

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • I was given feedback officially twice over the 10 weeks however on a daily basis my manager would be fantastic as to ask what kind of progress and help i was making.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • In the first few weeks I was working the usual hours however as it went by I was there till slightly later in the evenings so as to finish my deadlines and also to impress

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • a considerable amount. I was in charge of coverage and efficiency in two of my projects.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • My skills in understanding securities has grown considerably and help me in my strategic finance module.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • very relaxed. Work hard play hard

  • new programme but always opportunities to meet senior management and there were events reated at critical landmark points of the internship

  • Sports and Social Club

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • Despite some of the late hours I really miss the adding value to business, This is not always seen as an intern and the work is always recognised by seniors and therefore the future enployment opportunities are very appealing.

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • the interns were all of different backgrounds and suprisingly gelled very well. I miss this very much.

  • central london! very expensive!

  • not in the very local area as it was a financial area however a few stops away it was bustling!

  • there was a marathon challenge
