The Role
Overall I really enjoyed it despiet having some difficult and less enjoyable times
More towards the end of the experience I felt like I had really bonded with my team and communication was good.
I felt really supported when I spoke up about issues that I had and when I when I needed help.
There was never a 'quiet' day, but this is to be expected in a growing fashion business
I felt as though I had my own responsibilities but not overburdened.
It was an invalueable experience personally and professionally
The Company
generally buzzing and busy
Really structured and supportive. with clear goals to work to with focus on development for the business as well as for yourself
I felt that my team could have been more supportive but the placement team were really supportive
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
very appealing and they are keen for us to stay in touch
The Culture
We were like a little family. It was nice to have other people in the same situation to get each other through the difficult times and to celebrate the good times.
Typically London!
It was ok but I didnt tend to want a night out in Camden after spending all week there.
