The Role
It was a great environment to work in, everyone was very friendly and a great social side aswell.
Everyone in my team was lovely, always willing to help and very supportive. They were very appreciative of my hard work.
The intern scheme was brilliant with regular intern mornings where we worked on skills or listened to talks from people who worked in different depatments. My manager was very supportive with regular review meetings where we could sit down and discuss how my progress was going.
Very Busy! Always had lots to do, never a moment to be bored!
A lot of responsibility from day one. Every day was packed with things that needed doing with tight deadlines.
The experience has been amazing at providing me with the skills I need for my career after I complete final year and also in my dissertation. It's great to get a taste for the industry before I start my first job after graduating.
The Company
Such a great atmosphere, everyone is friendly and helpful, making work enjoyable.
Very organised and a lot of effort put into it. Regular intern mornings took place throughout the year. All the interns got on really well which was great.
There were presentations and training days throughout my year. For example a training session on ethical trading which was really interesting and the training on the systems.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
I think they are pretty good. Most interns from the previous year have got jobs back there. They also keep in contact you with upcoming opportunities.
The Culture
Amazing! The intern mornings meant we were all able to meet and get to know each other. There were summer and christmas socials which were great and where everyone who worked there could come together.
Expensive!London is though compared to anywhere else in the UK so its what I expected.
Really good, quite central location.
Not sure If there are any.
