For anyone looking to take their first steps into banking, the BAML spring week is perfect for allowing students to evaluate their options and get a feel for the company.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Group work and a presentation we worked towards gave us all the opportunity to take responsibility. Lots of events were talk/ seminar based, however, there were plenty of oppotunities to ask questions. Given the fact the spring week is only a week long, the amount of responsibility was about right.
