The Role
A great time working for a very successful company. Really rare to find such a successful company with such a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Great team, they made me feel like a part of the team and their equal. Under some very hard circumstances helped me come out and still progress.
Very supportive in every aspect. Very professional yet approachable made for a very good relationship.
Great variety of work and given a insight into all aspects of the industry. Workload varied yet always had work to keep me busy. Sometimes a large amount of work would come in at once and others work would be a lot less.
Great balance, given responsibility to run certain aspects and also treated like a valued member of the team, but thankfully not given so much that I was out of my depth.
The skills I have learnt during my 18months here will help my in my return to University and also will help my when I start working life. They will give me an advantage when looking at future graduate programmes and jobs within the Industry. The skills learnt here will enable me to hopefully gain a higher grade than I would of targeted before my placement, this is because of the variety of work and also the help given by each member of the team.
The Company
Great atmosphere, a perfect balance of hard work/concentration and talking and socialising allowing for both work and fun.
Great, always kept busy and also a variety of experiences. Monthly catch up with marketing director allows for feedback.
Although no professional training programmes taken, I had great training from other contacts within the business.

The Culture
Not really much interaction with other placement students, although great relationships with work experiences students.
Very Cheap in comparison to my University are of Cheltenham. Also very close to Birmingham
Ok!. Not far from Birmingham which is a great nigh out including super clubs such as gatecrasher and Air which are two of the biggest in Europe.
Not much although meals and nights out for staff birthdays and leaving nights.
