  • depended on how busy supervisors were, on occasions was very difficult to get help

  • Was very busy some days but never bored.

  • cracked jokes and had a good time frequently through the day

  • on the whole very good, with the exception of one system which failed to install when I arrived

  • the whole of the first week was training: both technical and soft skills so was very useful
