The Role
It would of been higher if the work load was consistent.
Everyone was respectful from day one and trusted me to complete my duties
Everything was explained thoroughly and help was always at hand.
When I was busy the tasks that I were to complete always interested me, but then again there were days when I would be out of work by 10/11am.
I was given a fair ammount of responsibility. It felt like they had faith in me to undergoing regular tasks within the company. On the other hand, I had to unload the dishwasher as well.
My degree is based on Travel and Tourism, and as it turned out the placement was more or less TV based. Although it was travel related, there wasn't much in relation to my degree.
The Company
Very laid back. Everyone knew their place and as long as the work was being completed it was a very welcoming and friendly environment.
From start to finish it all seemed to be under control.
The task I were given, although being an important part of the companies operations, they weren't majorly complexion so training wasn't really given.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
The office atmosphere and the interesting and diverse range of jobs within the company makes it a good place to work and I would consider working for this organisation.
The Culture
Yes. Atleast once a week a lunch or night out etc. was arrange between the group.
It was London so....not to cheap, but the company paid for my travel making life a lot easier.
Never-ending Choice.
Yes. I was offered regularly to attend outside events and sports activities arranged between the workers.
