The Role
It was awful, the office is located on an industrial park in the middle of nowhere.
I had a woman who phoned up to complain about how her husband had been suffering from travel sickness as a result of a seating error and was told by my manager that he did not wish to deal with it and that "Not everything has to go through me, this is not my job."
Was left to work things out on my own from day one. No training, no guidance, was expected to use complicated computer software packages with no previous training or experience. I was in the position for three weeks and in that time my manager spoke to me once for a total of 3 minutes.
Waste of time, was offered a placement at Disney but turned it down due to previously accepting this placement. I regret my decision. Please do not waste your time in applying for this company.
The Company
Apart from the other interns, no one really spoke to me. The office was grim and everyone was stressed out.
Awful, the previous intern tried to set it up for me as much as possible but the hand over was only a week. There was no scheme in place whatsoever.
No training, not even a health and safety induction.

Trust me, unless you live in the area you wouldn't want to work there.
