The Role
I really enjoyed the placement. It was a very good experience and I learned alot.
My team was great! everybody was friendly and treated me as a member of the team from day one.
My Manager was very good. He provided me good assignment. I would have appreciated some more feedback though.
Good balance. The time when I was not busy, I spent shadowing other teams from my area, but also other divisions.
I was responsible for real line work and the projects I was working on was very valuable to the business.
I feel like I have learned a lot more than I first thought I would. My understanding of the whole banking-world has increased significantly and I truly believe I have gaines skills for life.
The Company
Very good work environment and friendly, supporting colleagues.
Good organized. I would have appreciated the ability to rotate between different teams.
I really much appreciated the initial excel training and training in Bloomberg.
Sports and Social Club

I would definitly consider working at UBS.
The Culture
Some interns seemed a bit unmotivated and negative to their placement.
Expensive.
