The Role
People were extremely helpful, and not shy of giving an intern responsibility
I never felt intimidated of asking questions, nor did my not acounting background hinder my confidence.
Generally had decent amount of work to do, but there were times that there really was not much I could help with.
I was given substantial responsibilty, by which I mean that there was work given to me, that I was trusted to be capable of doing myself.
Its something one must definitely do before deciding on his/her career choices, as its given me a far better understanding of work culture which cannot be taught by any degree.
The Company
The people make the organisation real good fun.
Extremely well organised, never felt that I was left in the woods.
We had a really fulfulling first week of induction.

The Culture
We organised weekly get together, just to catch up as most of would not meet be in office for most of the week.
Cheaper than London for sure!
Really good clubs around Manchester!
