The Role
Overall I have enjoyed numerous things I've done here, however some weekly duties have been mundane
This really depends on which colleagues, some have really valued my efforts and some don't seem to have noticed
I've received really good guidance throughout the year
This has been very up and down, sometimes busy and sometimes bored
I was given some responsiblity but would have liked more
I have received many opportunities and exposure to skills that I will be able to use for life
The Company
It's quite a professional office, so if you wanted a high fun kind of office you'd probably find it dull
The application process was well structured and also for the initial stages of the placement
The company has invested in me quite a lot, sending me on a Rolls Royce course and also a couple of Negotiation courses along with internal courses.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Healthcare from home
I applied for the Graduate Scheme and I was successful
The Culture
Although there wasn't a scene that was created by the company, there was around 30 placement students that would socialse. What lets the company down is that they don't have anything organised for the first week or two, so that the students can get to know each other
General
The company is inbetween Solihull and Birmingham and Moseley which is a studenty area is only a couple of miles away
