    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • In the first 2 weeks, all was new to me and cannot adjust to the new environment quickly and easily. As time went by, things got better and better.

    • Considering my internship will only last 10 weeks and will be filled with lots of training session, don't feel that I can contribute much to my team.

    • Regular catch-up meeting and advice.

    • not very busy, I am encouraged to do job shadowing with other interns

    • more is to assistant team members on several projects.

    • picked up a lot from the training and talking. how to solve problems and how to raise questions and get ppl to response to u quickly.

    • very welll organised for us, with the training,buddy and manager guidance

    • a lot, constant training from different level of managers from the bank talk to us

    • yes, we have group chat channel to organize the social events

    • around average i guess

    • we get off working around 6, not that much extra hours, as long as finish the job of the day

    • yes, have community affairs and stable time outside working
