The Role
It was thoroughly enjoyable!
Your work is taken very seriously
Very helpful line manager and very well designed programs.
It was busy some days but not always which is a good mix and give you time to rest as well
Lots of responsibility
I didn't do a degree in the job area I'll be working in the future, but I'm content happy and comfortable with the work.
The Company
Just nice, balanced atmosphere.
Great!
Lots of training in the induction week and very much help offered by line managers and colleagues who set up time with you to discuss what they do with you.
