The Role
The placement was an amazing experience as a whole - regardless of whether or not it is the area you want to go in as a future career.
I felt really valued by my colleagues.
Everyone within the team was extremely helpful and always made it clear they are there if needed - they encouraged you found your own feet but you knew you had a strong support network if needed.
I found myself extremely busy but it is up to you how much you want to take on - the more you take on the greater responsibilities and tasks you will get.
I got given the opportunity to complete re-invent the way in which we report ~(my main role)
The skills I learnt were invaluable and can only be built upon by working on a daily basis - no where else would you get a true introduction to work than on placement!
The Company
The environment was very interactive - a lot of knowledge sharing by general office conversation, but when it came to it everyone knew how to knuckle down and get the job done.
The overall placement was good but developed itself as the year went on. It is now completely set up for this coming set of placements and training/transitions are all in place.
We got trained in everything and got treated like the long term employees.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events

Providing I perform well on the assessment day - opportunities may be available - it is up to me to work for it.
The Culture
I joined the Kantar netball team in which we played against other clubs every tuesday in a league.
