  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • As a Management Trainee Intern in the RARE division at Enterprise Mobility, I’m gaining hands-on experience in customer service, sales, and operations at a busy Dublin branch. My day-to-day includes assisting customers, managing vehicle logistics, supporting team operations, and working on a strategic project to improve performance. I’m learning a lot, developing key business skills, and loving the fast-paced, team-driven environment!

  • Be yourself—friendly, chatty, and approachable. The role is very people-focused, and you’ll be dealing with customers all day, so strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others really matter. Show that you’re confident, adaptable, and up for learning on the go. They’re not looking for perfection—just someone with great energy and people skills!
