Culture
-Culture was really fun, quite unprofessional at times, but really good team - atmosphere was really good, which made the very long hours much easier
Your Impressions
I really enjoyed it, however the hours were very long especially driving wise. Some days you are on the road for up to 6 hours or more, with days regularly being 7:45 start until 9pm finish sometimes even later however this very much depends on what location the branch is and overtime is paid. Good opportunities to improve on skills listed but some days you are on the road most of the day delivering cars. The good team we had made it much more enjoyable.
Yes
Talk lots about customer service, sales and marketing. And be a confident driver.
