Overview
Customer facing role that involves logistics management of a fleet of 150 cars, solving customer issues and providing great customer service
Skills
problem solving- having the confidence in myself to solve customer issues and negotiate solutions without the need to involve a manager sales - having targets and KPIs to meet regarding sales and having a target to drive towards brings me motivation to perform well
Responsibilities
The opportunity to manage the whole day Option to sit in with other areas of the business such as accounts/recruitment
Support & Guidance
All management are relatively young due to the company only promoting internally which I feel provides a great workplace culture and the ability to relate more to co workers
Culture
A young team provides a strong culture with relatability and more in common, everyone starts as a placement/graduate so there is lots of support and understanding as everyone knows the role
