  • Customer facing role that involves logistics management of a fleet of 150 cars, solving customer issues and providing great customer service

  • problem solving- having the confidence in myself to solve customer issues and negotiate solutions without the need to involve a manager sales - having targets and KPIs to meet regarding sales and having a target to drive towards brings me motivation to perform well

  • A young team provides a strong culture with relatability and more in common, everyone starts as a placement/graduate so there is lots of support and understanding as everyone knows the role
