    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • Yes. I was given tasks that were my own work and needed me to push to completion. Some of them needed quite a lot of external support within the company and externally just to be able to get some results. The tasks given become your responsibility and you have to complete them and also look for support to close them out.

    Support & Guidance

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • A lot of support was provided. My manager would guide in a unique way by trying to understand what I can do. My manager put me in touch with people and team members who are experts in their field. The support given is self led where you are allowed to explore you ideas with experts and no question or answer was wrong but it was to guide you to have better understanding.
