Overview
My overview of the role is customer service, and business management. in a day we deliveries and pick ups and we also up south fuel and protection packages. we also do admin work such as rental agreements. Team collaboration meaning that we all box off the day in time for us to go home time management is vital in this e.g. getting deliveries done by certain time and boxing off deal. Sales is a big part of this

What have learned in this is time management and making sure that word parking is fatal to make sure that customers leave happy. I’ve also learned that being quick on my feet and using an initiative helps me throughout the day as I can problem solve fast an
