Overview
I rotated between 2 seats during the 2 weeks, completing typical trainee tasks such as research and drafting. The scheme included scheduled workshops, practice area fairs, and evening socials to get involved in.
Skills
Oral and written communication. Managing expectations. Time management. Organisation. Emotional Intelligence. Legal Research. Attention to detail.
Business Insight
It was excellent! It really allowed me to understand what life would be like if I was to join the firm as a trainee solicitor after graduating.
