Overview
Was a part of many talks and masterclasses from seniors within Deutsche Bank, within all divisions but specifically FIC. Also had a few presentations that I did within groups towards seniors.
Skills
Networking skills and the ability to ask questions to seniors in the organisation.
Business Insight
I learnt that there was many different roles within each division, that require different skill sets and you can find a role suitable to yourself.
Culture
The culture was very collaborative, very encouraging to learn and grow.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed the insight week fully and I learnt a lot of information that was very useful to my career. Also met a lot of like minded individuals.
