Overview
I worked with the enforcement team and helped out on work for various operations. On a day-to-day basis it includes case management and reviewing information to maybe reach court proceedings. Gathering information and reviewing it.
Skills
Confidence in excel, writing documents, communicating with consumers, call etiquette.
Responsibilities
I was given quite a lot of responsibility and was given the trust to complete complex tasks.
Support & Guidance
I was given a lot of support by my manager and line-manager. Also the hr team were there to support.
Culture
Very friendly and helpful. Everyone was willing to give you there team to help you out or explain their job title.

I really enjoyed the work and the department. I think I was well placed in my team.
