  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • A great amount of responsibility given to an intern to really make you feel part of the team

  • When you are mixed during meetings a lot of colleagues dont even realise you are an intern and value your contributions either way making you feel valued.

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • You are given an immediate manger to talk to on a daily basis ensuring you always have the support you need to carry out your job. You will also have PPRs to make sure you are growing as a student.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Working in the film industry means the market is always developing with new title releases. This keep you always busy and adds variety to your work.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Depending on your placement within the company you will be given a different amount of resposibility but each job will always be challanging to keep you interested.

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • There are numourous training sessions which develop your skills as an employee and help you to gain a job after graduation. The company has a great training schedule and I personally very highly rate it.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?
  • At the end of the day it is still a very productive office but there are still times to have a joke and enjoy your day as long as you get your work done!

  • As a whole the internship it very well put together allowing you to get the most out of the time spent with the company.

  • There is an internship solely for training and development so you can imagine the time they invest into training you up.

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • I would like to think I had a good chance to get a job afterwards as the reports I have created have really helped develop the department. I will deffinatley be applying anyway!

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • All the interns had a very close group and a great social life while you are in London.

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Im not going to lie, London isnt cheap. But that doesnt mean you still cant socialise!

  • Clubs are amazing in London, for the amount you pay I would hope they would be!

  • 15. Were there many opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work?
  • I joined the football team where you play against other companies in the area but I was unsure if there were many others to get involved in. Im sure there are if you search.
