Overview
A few days of introductions, 2 weeks of an induction task relating to sustainability reports then a range of work on various projects.

Responsibilities
I was given plentiful responsibility and independence working on my tasks

People were willing to help and support me and my work throughout the internship and made it known that they were available to help.
Culture
Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made conscious efforts to get to know the interns

The internship was great. Lots of learning opportunities and it was great for my personal development. The work was interesting and enjoyed my time throughout
Yes
Professional skills are expected, as per their website, but the interpersonal aspect also matters immensely. At the end of the day, if you have the right skills what they want to know is if you're someone they want to work with
