  • Maintaining high customer service and making the rental process smooth as possible from start to finish. Selling upgrades and protection products to customers. Experience running the office, making sure admin tasks are complete and getting the right vehicles for the right customer. Managing and being responsible for elements of the business such as cost control or repairs of vehicles

  • Yes definitely. Was given chance to run the office for the day around 2-3 months in and was supported through out doing this. Held accountable for management tasks and was responsible for getting results in my personal area

  • A lot of support from branch managers, assistant managers, mentors and all employees. Everyone has started as an intern/management trainee so know how you feel and have encountered the same problem as you before so very helpful and accommodating

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • Really enjoyed my placement and got massive personal and professional growth out of it. Definitely learnt by doing and getting stuck in and won’t be sat around not doing anything. The people are amazing and always support you whenever you need it

  • Be prepared to work long hours and have some tough days but keeping a positive mindset is crucial to get through and asking for help and support when you feel you need it. Make sure you get stuck in and ask questions and take responsibility as this is how you improve
