  • As a management intern at Enterprise, no two days are the same. The job role is always varied and covers many aspects of business such as sales, customer service, marketing, cost control and more.

  • My soft skills have developed greatly since starting with Enterprise, and I can only imagine they will continue to develop as I progress further through my career with the company.

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • Yes, you are often left to work on your own throughout the day on various tasks, which all contribute to the success of your branch. You are also given ‘captaincy roles’ where you are solely responsible in motivating the team to complete certain tasks relating to different aspects of the business.

  • Plenty of training and development, and any support from higher managers where required. You are always made to feel welcome and everyone I came into contact with was friendly.

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Great. This was my first full time, ‘corporate’ job, so I was a little nervous upon starting. My team and the wider employees were all very welcoming and the onboarding process is great. The working atmosphere is always positive, making the hard work and days fly by.

  • 8. What advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility
  • Ensure you are confident and proficient with driving, as there is a lot of it. Be prepared to work in a fast paced environment where you can be completing many different tasks throughout the day. Make sure to be friendly throughout the application process and tell the company how you will help with the customer service levels if you were to receive the job offer.
