Mixture of assisting with different audit tasks and completing work towards certificate learning courses
Skills
Leadership, teamwork, excel skills. And an understanding of financial accounts
Responsibilities
Yes, over small tasks that didn't require much knowledge of auditing. Assumed that everyone entering job knows nothing about the job or auditing services
Support & Guidance
Yea a good amount of support - a great coaching culture in EY. however, a lot of people work online

Coaching was key Friendly but online so hard to meet people

Did enjoy it however would've prefered if more people were in the office more frequently to get the chance to learn from and speak to a wider range of people
