Shadow projects, learn how to create excel data books, online learning, networking with people in different capabilities

Learnt lots of new excel skills and also developed business writing skills
Business Insight
Everyone was willing to answer questions without judgement, or put me in touch with other people for more information. I learned a lot about what transaction services is, and typical daily work.
Culture
Company culture was great, everyone was inclusive in team socials and I was invited everywhere. People were very approachable and nice to speak to.
Your Impressions
I enjoyed it a lot because I learned a lot but I wasn't given too much work. I like how I was encouraged to take control of my own learning experience and be proactive in asking for work as this meant I could tailor my learning. The team socials were also enjoyable.
