The Role
For the whole year experience there were a lot of up and downs, especially considering how to manage my personal time after work and income to pay for my bills.
I would say a moderate amount, seeing I work on very important projects. However at times due to my position not so much as well.
The support was always there however I did feel a bit shy and nervous has my supervisors were busy themselves and would not want to seem like they should "spoon feed" me.
Busy during projects. But when finished, would be very bored waiting on another task. However, I did use the free time to work on units such as CROWL, which was beneficial
I was given a vast amount of creative freedom during projects.
Skills for life, as not only did I learn a lot professionally in the office with presentation of results but as well as managing myself outside work as well.
The Company
During major projects, time would fly. However boring when no work available.
At times there would be miss communications has I moved between consultation and marketing departments, but overall was good.
As the company was a medium size, I feel they did invest enough in me as the projects I was assigned had a sizeable influence on the company.
Flexi Time
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Being a german speaking company, a bit hard as I was english speaking and learning German at the time.
The Culture
Not so much as I found it expensive to enjoy myself in that area with colleagues.
Low, Switzerland's cost of living was HIGH.
Not the best I had been to, comparing University life in Manchester.
Quite high, being I was interested in hiking and sports.
