    • My role is to do lab work to help validate new targets to treat neuro degeneration. Usually I will be in the lab , planning experiments or analysing my data

    • Yes my supervisor really trusted me to make decisions, however I also knew that if I need support I could just ask and he would be more than happy to help.

    • I really enjoyed my placement, the team was an absolute delight to be a part of. I would love to do an industrial phd now!

    • If you are passionate, then people will usually see that and will try to go the extra mile back for you. I really enjoyed the placement and gained lots of experience with new techniques.
